A small thought experiment in the form of a retro educational toy. I imagined what a rotary-dial-controlled teaching microcomputer might have been like in a parallel universe — perhaps sometime in the 1970s.

Use a red rotary phone to enter programs in the fictional NUMCOD language, then watch a turtle-like floor robot follow your numeric commands. It is part turtle graphics, part programming toy, part imaginary history of cybernetic education.
